ATTENTION ELITE SPONSORS! Deadline to submit business ad/coupon form was November 15, 2024. Deadline to submit business ad/coupon print-ready design or content was December 15, 2024. These deadlines are to allow Restart’s graphic designer sufficient time to create and/or place your business ad/coupon in the booklets that all guests at the banquets will receive. We may be able include your ad if it’s received by the extension deadline of January 4, 2025.

Early registration deadline for individual tickets is January 31, 2025.
