Admissions Process
Step 1: Fill out intake form
You can submit the intake form online or fill out a printable copy. Click below to print and return the form via mail, fax, or personal drop off.
Step 2: Phone interview
Admission into the In-Patient Residential Program requires an initial phone interview with the person needing help for the addiction.
Step 3: Evaluation and Invitation
Once RTCM has received the intake forms from you via mail, fax, or personal drop off we will give you a bed date to come to and begin the residential program if it is decided that is what is the best next step!
