As co-founder and co-host of Heartland Bowhunter, Shawn has spent over 19 years capturing the beauty, challenge, and purpose found in God’s creation through the lens of a camera.

What began as a simple passion for storytelling and bowhunting has grown into a nationally recognized outdoor media brand, inspiring millions of viewers to experience the outdoors with authenticity and gratitude. His work on Heartland Bowhunter has earned multiple awards for its cinematic production and heartfelt storytelling—blending adventure, stewardship, and love of the outdoors.

Beyond the camera, Shawn’s greatest calling is being a husband to his wife and a father to their two young boys. He strives to lead by example—teaching them what it means to walk in faith, live with integrity, and pursue their God-given passions wholeheartedly.
