New Home, A New Hope - Help Us Pay It Off!
We’re thrilled to announce that Restart will officially settle on our new property on June 20! This amazing step forward is made possible by God’s provision through a generous private lender who loaned Restart $1.25 million toward the $1.35 million purchase price.
We currently have about $155,000 set aside in a restricted building fund-but we need your help to close the gap!
Here’s the incredible part:
Year 1: No interest-completely free!
Year 2: A low 5% interest rate.
Year 3 (if needed): Terms to be discussed.
This private lender has graciously given Restart 2 to 3 years to repay the loan-and we believe we can do it sooner with your support.
Restart’s new home will provide hope, help, & healing!
The new building will not only continue to serve traumatized men in the 1st Phase program, but help more men and their families in our new 2nd Phase.
1st Phase will offer vocational training therapy to students in the program through local Christian businesses.
2nd Phase will offer transitional housing and evening meals to students who completed the 1st Phase of the program.
Restart will continue to support 2nd Phase students by requiring them to participate in local church, support group/class, mentoring/counseling, and family time.
