Valentine Banquet Sponsor Form

Please return this form by December 13, 2024 to be listed as an advertising sponsor at RTCM’s 10th Annual Valentine Banquet. If you want to bring more than 8 guests (for example 16), then you need to purchase an elite sponsorship or 2 sponsorships to have your guests sit with you in the sponsor seating area. You can purchase 2 or more sponsorships of the same level or 2 different levels. Your guests will sit in the area that corresponds to sponsorship levels you purchase. If you have more than 8 guests and don’t purchase 2 or more sponsorships, then your guests will sit in general seating. (Note: Your sponsorship qualifies as an advertising expense for your company & can be deducted as such for the fiscal year of 2024.) ALL SALES FINAL. No changes are permitted after the early registration deadline: January 10, 2025.
