Assistant Director
I first got connected with Restart when I was released from Lancaster County Prison to come to the program and complete my restoration. Then, I stayed as an intern for 18 months. As of July 2024, I returned to Restart to serve as the assistant director. My heart for addiction ministry is because I’m in continual recovery, have seen the fruits of this ministry, and want others to have freedom from addiction. I am currently a CRS, which is a certified recovery specialist recognized by the state of PA. Also, I’m soon graduating from Lancaster Bible College with a degree in biblical studies and pastoral duties. I’ve been married to my beautiful wife, Kari Gaston, for 13 years. We have 3 wonderful adult daughters and 6 grandchildren. My interests are almost anything to do with cars: working on cars, car stereos, and modifying cars. I like to attend car shows and car meets. I also like to fish and read with my youngest daughter.
House Manager
I took a ride up here with someone that was coming to pick up items they had left after leaving the program early about 5 years ago. Currently, I serve RTCM as the House Manager. I love to support and encourage the guys while they go through this journey at Restart. I have 30 years of life experience up close and personal with narcotics being a part of my old way of living/dying. My family tends to look towards me for strength, guidance, and a host of other things, including being the person God has intended me to be (father, son, brother, uncle, etc.). My interests include seeking God and fellowshipping with others. I also like being active outside playing cornhole, basketball, and just enjoying life.

Pam lives with her husband Jaime and Maltese puppy Silas in Lancaster County, PA not far from their married son, his wife, and four grandchildren. One daughter lives in state and the other two daughters live out of state. She enjoys reading, the beach, traveling, and quality time with her family.
Administrative Assistant
Amy first got connected with Restart through meeting Jamie & Pam at Lighthouse Assembly of God in East Earl, PA. After getting to know their family and learning about their ministry, she felt God leading her to support their mission. She began by donating items but now serves as the Administrative Assistant helping with office administration, communication, organizing records and documentation, coordinating schedules and events, supporting fundraising dinners, and helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the ministry run smoothly so the staff can focus on serving those God has entrusted to them. Amy’s heart for addiction ministry began years ago through her father who ministered to the men in Phase 2 of Teen Challenge. Amy & her husband have been married for 6 wonderful years and have 3 beautiful children.
