Please return this form by August 15, 2022 to be listed as an advertising sponsor at RTCM’s 2022 Annual Fall Banquet. If you want to bring more than 8 guests (for example 16), then you need to purchase 2 or more sponsorships to have your guests sit with you in the sponsor seating area. You can purchase 2 or more sponsorships of the same level or 2 different levels. Your guests will sit in the area that corresponds to sponsorship levels you purchase. If you have more than 8 guests and don’t purchase 2 or more sponsorships, then your guests will sit in general seating. (Note: Your sponsorship qualifies as an advertising expense for your company & can be deducted as such for the fiscal year of 2022.) ALL SALES FINAL. No changes are permitted after the early registration deadline: September 23, 2022.
